Homes finishes Acacia Estates Maple Place project almost a year early




Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes has wrapped up the construction of its Maple Place residential condominium project in Acacia Estates, Taguig City 10 months ahead of the committed completion schedule.
DMCI Homes declared the completion of the Boutique Hotel architecture-inspired project following the delivery of the last structure in the three-building mid-rise development, Spruce, last month (September).
The turnover of Spruce building to the unit owners was originally set to start in July 2020 as committed by DMCI Homes when Maple Place was launched in 2015.
Like Spruce, the first two buildings of the 1.23-hectare development namely Linden and Aspen were also successively delivered earlier than their committed turnover dates.








Complementing the joys of intimate living is a wide range of resort-inspired amenities for the whole family such as children’s playground, kiddie pool, lap pool, leisure pool, gazebo, jogging and biking path, and picnic area.
