The redevelopment

A new Town Center, in full swing by 2028

DMCI Homes began redeveloping the Town Center in 2026, the first step of a wider upscaling of Acacia Estates. The Tent and the Commercial Promenade came down in May 2026 to clear the site; the new supermarket is the last piece, targeted within a 2030 timeframe. Plans are subject to planning and regulatory approvals.

"This upscaling initiative is designed to sustain the township's growth, improve connectivity, expand amenities and enhance the overall living experience while preserving the suburban character that residents value."

Alfredo Austria, President, DMCI Homes, March 2026

Part of a wider upscaling

The Town Center is the first phase of the long-term upscaling of Acacia Estates that DMCI Homes announced in March 2026: a township of roughly 130 hectares with around 25,000 residents, about 60 percent of it set aside for open and green spaces. Alongside the Town Center the plan names more parks and nature-oriented leisure spaces, an expanded plant nursery, upgraded open fields and activity zones, an Eco-Center, a Rain Garden and upgraded internal access roads. Its landscape plan, presented in July 2026, grows dedicated open space from about 24 hectares to 66. Acacia Park Central, next door, is where much of that lands.
