A new supermarket in the redeveloped Town Center

DMCI Homes began redeveloping the Town Center in 2026. The plan, in three phases and in full swing by 2028, includes a new supermarket targeted within 2030, refreshed retail spaces, alfresco dining, a Central Plaza and an Activity Park, subject to planning and regulatory approvals (as of October 2026).
